Below is the Rules for refer a Friend program.

Every individual that you referred must be New Client at Zippy Tax Service; You Must be a paid Zippy Tax Service Inc Client Before you can qualify for this or any other promotions offered by the Zippy Tax Service Inc. That must have not previously filed or have done any business with Zippy Tax Service. The individual that is referred must file their tax return with us, and that individual must have paid us the full preparation fee, including all the fee associated. If the individual selected one of our banking product, and that individual is not funded by the IRS, and our fee is not funded into our account, we will not provide any refer fee. please contact us in advance, either via phone or email, to verify the individual you trying to refer. Either way, please note that Zippy Tax Service will not pay, any refer fee if the individual didn't pay us, or being audited. If in the future that individual do get money from IRS, and properly pay us, we'll issue you a check or cash.
